Weekly Photos 2

This photo I took because I was struck by the lines. Diagonals are very visually intense, and the randomness of the rhythm seems to create a sense of space outside the frame.

There is something mysterious and innocent about this photograph. It evokes a sense of childhood (which is timely) to me. I wasn't sure why this little girl was hiding behind the tree from Marshal, but she acted both cautious of and fascinated with him, which I tried to capture with this shot.

Once again, I'm pretty interested in open space. Randomness of the lines creates a chaotic rhythm, giving a sense of an "outside" to the image. But I also like that unlike the first photo above, this image has a focus, or subject, which draws the eye to a specific spot.
