Weekly Photos 3

I wanted this photo to have more of a focus on this front window, and then pull your eye down frame. The brightness of the BG and the darkness or the FG flatten this image slightly.

This is the strongest of the three in terms of deep space. The lines are very strong and go all the way down the frame.

Unfortunately, the BG is bright again. What I learned from this one is that the bars create a very strong vertical pattern, which flattens the image. You almost can't even see the converging lines behind the bards because the vertical lines are so strong in this photo.

I wasn't going to include this one, but it is just too interesting to me. The perspective isn't terribly strong, but there are some converging lines. The size change of the steps is a depth que. Also, the warmth of the FG as well as its brightness cause it to approach, whereas the dark coolness of the BG recedes, creating a deeper space between the two. Side note: the diagonals make this image very visually intense! It's my favorite of the four.
